Q: Where are the cottages located?
We’re on Main Street in Dunedin, just a short walk from the downtown shops, restaurants, breweries, and marina. The beaches of Honeymoon Island and Clearwater are only a short drive away.

Q: How many cottages are there?
Our property includes four remodeled units — two 2BR/2BA duplexes and two 1BR/1BA cottages. Guests can book one, multiple, or all four for larger groups (up to 18 guests).

Q: Are the cottages newly renovated?
Yes. All units have been fully updated with modern interiors, coastal décor, and brand-new furnishings.

Booking & Check-In

Q: How do I book?
You can book directly through our website (hosted by Hostaway) or on Airbnb/VRBO/Bookings.com. *

Q: What time is check-in/check-out?
Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
We offer flexible check-in when available.

Q: How will I get my access code?
You’ll receive a smart lock code by email, text or app platform (i.e AirBnb) before arrival. Each unit has a private entry with contactless access.

Amenities & Comfort

Q: Is there parking?
Yes. Each includes parking for vehicles. Cottages #1 and #2 come with two tandem parking spots each and cottages #3 and #4 come with one each. Additional public street parking is available about a block away.

Q: Are pets allowed?
We love animals and have many of our own! Certain cottages are pet-free, though we can be flexible for those staying for more extended periods. Please reach out if you have specific requests.

Q: Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not permitted inside the cottages. Guests may smoke outdoors on the patios or in the shared courtyard, as long as it’s done respectfully and away from open doors or windows.

Q: Are laundry facilities provided?
Yes — every unit has its own washer and dryer.

Q: Do you have Wi-Fi and smart TVs?
Yes. High-speed Wi-Fi and smart TVs are available in every unit.

Q: How close are you to downtown Dunedin?
We’re just a short walk to Main Street’s dining, breweries, and boutiques. We are a 20-minute walk to the beautiful Dunedin shoreline!

Q: What attractions are nearby?
Honeymoon Island, Caladesi Ferry, the Pinellas Trail, Clearwater Beach, and TD Ballpark (home of the Blue Jays spring training) are all minutes away.

Varies depending on the booking platform and your intended length of stay. Typically full refund if cancelled within 30 days.

Q: Who manages the property?
We’re locally owned and self-managed — Jose and Anastasia (and occasionally our other family members) live nearby and are always happy to help or make recommendations.

Q: Is there construction nearby?
Dunedin is growing! A nearby project may occasionally have weekday activity, but all work is limited to standard daytime hours and no weekends.
