The cottage was very clean and neat. The parking was tight due to the construction going on right beside us. But over all I would recommend The Coszy Coastal Cottage in Dunedin to anyone.

Nice small place for 2 people and we brought our dog too. Very clean and pictures match the property. Anastasia was very responsive and is a great host. She even left a few snacks which we appreciated as well. The lighted gazebo was such a great place to relax

We booked while on the way to Dunedin. Communication with Anastasia was great as she was able to accommodate us at the last minute. The property was extremely clean and well maintained. We brought our ebikes to ride the Pinellas trail and to Honeymoon Island so the location was great for getting around on bikes or even walking downtown to all restaurants and breweries. We definitely would stay again.

Great property, walkable to everything that Dunedin has to offer, host was accessible via the app and very accommodating, would definitely recommend!
