Loved my stay at this property in Dunedin! It was exactly what I needed, and was located in an area that was easily walkable to everything in the downtown area. Anastasia was very responsive to my texts upon arrival and throughout my stay whenever I had a question. Parking/location may seem a bit tricky at first but if you pay close attention to the directions provided you will find it easy. It was all exactly as stated. Looking forward to staying here again for future trips to the area.

Negative: Probably would have been nice to know of the construction prior to booking and not during the stay (or offer a discount during the construction period), as both days I was awoken by the building shaking and loud noises. Otherwise it's a great place. Thx.
