Cozy Coastal Cottages of Dunedin #1

Clean and comfortable stay that had everything we needed! Positive: The place was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay.. beach chairs, umbrellas, soft cooler, and beach towels. Although we didn’t use the kitchen, it was nice to have a stove, blender, and coffee maker available. Also appreciated the snacks and water bottle :) The place comes with 2 parking spaces. It is on a main road and we did hear some construction but nothing crazy… the white noise machine and blackout curtains were welcomed addition. Thermostat worked well. Lastly, the beds were comfortable (memory foam) and the soaking tub in the master was sweet! Would definitely consider renting again with friends. Thanks for having us! Negative: The water pressure in the showers were a little less than I’m used to. One or two more water bottles would have been appreciated.

Good location within walking distance of downtown Dunedin. Property is exactly as portrayed. Perfect for 2 couples, with 2 full baths. Well equipped. Zero issues.

Host and hostess were very responsive to messages and provided wonderful suggestions for stuff to do. Property was perfect for our family and needs. Surprised us with water, coffee and a few snacks :) The pictures were accurate representation of the property. Cottage is on a very busy street so expect to hear a lot of road noise. Sound makers were provided in bedrooms to help reduce outside traffic. Overall, would stay again.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the gracious response of our hosts. Positive: The cottage was well appointed, very clean and comfortable, and located close to the downtown area so we were able to walk to many places during our stay. The hosts responded quickly and kindly when we reached out with questions and concerns. Negative: Construction was going on next to the property and our cottage also faced a busy road, so noise was an issue during our stay.
