Cozy Coastal Cottages of Dunedin #1

The house was extremely homey, and we were so comfortable there. We would definitely stay again! Positive: The location was amazing! Very close to the trail and all of our favorite downtown Dunedin spots. It's a super easy drive to the causeway, Palm Harbor, and Clearwater. The house itself is adorable. We loved that the two bedrooms were on separate sides of the house. The kitchen and laundry were well stocked. It was rainy while we were there, so we loved being able to sit out back under the gazebo and relax with a drink. Negative: If you're very sensitive to noise, perhaps being on the main street may bother you with early morning and evening traffic (and temporary construction next door), but they provide excellent white noise fans, and we were perfectly fine with it.

Positive: How clean the property was! It was well put together and had everything we needed.

Really nice, cute and comfortable place to stay close to downtown Dunedin. A very good value. Positive: Good location close to downtown Dunedin, though not on the main drag. THe property is well maintained and nicely decorated. The host left snacks and coffee for us to enjoy upon arrival. We would certainly stay here again. Negative: THere was construction going on next door but it didn't interfere with our stay at all. The wall between our unit and the one behind allowed us to hear the other guests which we really only heard in the morning.

Clean and comfortable stay that had everything we needed! Positive: The place was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay.. beach chairs, umbrellas, soft cooler, and beach towels. Although we didn’t use the kitchen, it was nice to have a stove, blender, and coffee maker available. Also appreciated the snacks and water bottle :) The place comes with 2 parking spaces. It is on a main road and we did hear some construction but nothing crazy… the white noise machine and blackout curtains were welcomed addition. Thermostat worked well. Lastly, the beds were comfortable (memory foam) and the soaking tub in the master was sweet! Would definitely consider renting again with friends. Thanks for having us! Negative: The water pressure in the showers were a little less than I’m used to. One or two more water bottles would have been appreciated.
